Melissa Hettinga joined our team in February of 2004. Melissa graduated from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee with a Bachelor of Business Administration majoring in Management Information Systems. Melissa enjoys utilizing her computer and exceptional organizational skills in her administrative assistant role enhancing the quality of our office operation and client services.

Nancy started working with our office in May of 1995. She obtained her state insurance license in April of 1996 and was then appointed as my associate agent. Nancy very much enjoys working closely with our clients in their insurance and service needs. Nancy also works closely with me in case preparation, research, and special requests for our valued clients. Her input is highly valued by me and our clients. Nancy is now securities licensed to work with mutual funds and variable annuities. Nancy says, This is a very exciting business and meeting with each client to address their goals and concerns is a fascinating experience.
